Mill Woods Recreation Centre
Mill Woods Recreation Centre is one of Edmonton’s best recreation facilities
with activities and programs for all ages and abilities!
The
facility has an excellent water park featuring a large gradual depth wave pool,
giant waterslide, diving tank, teach pool with waterfalls for children, sauna
and large whirlpool. The pool is excellent for swim lessons, lane swims or aquafit
classes.
The facility also has a giant world-class fitness centre and many indoor racquet
courts. Fitness and wellness classes are offered, and there are nutrition and
fitness consulting services available.

indoor playground for children and babysitting services make it easy for parents
to squeeze in a workout during a busy day while their loved ones are cared for.
Children will also love the many daycamps at the facility throughout the year.
Other features include a cafeteria, meeting rooms, an indoor ice arena, adjacent
